Daily Workout - Shoulders at WorldMark

I was away shooting some videos for a new Training Course I am working on with my 
Mac Video Training business but found some time to get in a quick Shoulder workout at the Time Share I am staying at. The Gym was not too bad and for Shoulders it had everything I needed!
 
- Warmup: No time today :(
 
- Shoulder Press with Pulley Machine.
 
- Pulley Shoulder Flies in Three Positions: Forward, Side, Behind.
 
- Upright Row Raises with Pulley Machine.
 
- Shoulder Shrugs with Pulley Machine.
 
Total workout time: About 45 minutes.
