OK, so here is Mark Macqueen's official release video for the Americas Versus UK - Old Man Versus Young Man Bench-Off Challenge - Giveaway.
I have to say Mark performed very well especially since he had to lift a fair bit more weight than me (233 versus my 192 pounds) due to his heavier body weight. But fair is fair and I am a little bit older than him...
So far it looks like the Americas is in the lead by one with my 18 reps versus Mark's 16 reps, so lets all get involved and support our continents!
