What’s Happening with the Content?
If you’ve been following along, you know there have been some platform changes. To keep things simple: Get Fit Over 40 is now officially on Rumble for all long-form video content.
Moving forward, here is how content will be structured across platforms:
Short-Form Content (Social Channels): I will be putting a heavy focus on quick, portrait-mode short videos (up to 2 minutes). These will deliver fast, high-value tips on health, fitness, quick vlogs, and daily insights.
Long-Form & Deep Dives (Exclusively on Rumble): Full-length, widescreen videos will live over on Rumble. This includes detailed product reviews, Lordhair system updates, in-depth discussions on TRT and peptides, and partner features.
Business as Usual
The mission hasn't changed. The goal is to keep delivering the actionable fitness, wellness, and lifestyle information you come here for, just with a sharper focus on quick tips across social feeds and dedicated in-depth coverage on Rumble.
