A couple more upper body Human Trainer Body Weight Suspension System workouts to go and then we will be moving on to some lower body routines. Today I show you some biceps and triceps exercises using the Human trainer. I was playing around with some alternative mounting locations and found that using a grounded location works well for my arms and shoulders but you can also hook into a higher position if need be, just angle your body a bit differently.

To get my lower mounting point I hooked into my smith machine rack using my Human Trainer Versatility Straps.

I am still struggling with my injuries but I am optimistic that I will recover, even if it is slower than I would like to, my Kanesiologist did make a radical adjustment to my ankle as apparently my shine was anchored too far forward and so I had very limited flexibility  which effects the knee and back. I am hoping this adjustment will really help with my knee pain and so far it does seem to be feeling better.
