Noel Booth Park Langley Dog Walk HoverAir X1

I am planning on starting a series of videos that I will be creating on the channel that will be adventure based. Where I plan to cover my outdoor adventures either on my own or with family and friends. I want to capture this content in an interesting way using a variety of cameras ranging from action cameras, to 360 cameras, to drones and I may even use my smartphone camera once in a while?

Content will range from walks and hikes in parks and or destinations to exhilarating rides on one of many of my many electric personal vehicles.

Here is a quick video of my Wife Nicole and I out walking the puppers at Noel Booth Park in Langley right near our house that hopefully gives you an idea of things to come.

TRT 5 Weeks In - How Do I Feel

A week back I made more of a physique update video after being on TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) for a month now (Dose of 100mg per week). I didn't really go over how I am feeling now where I talk about stuff like mood, energy, motivation, sleep, mental cognition, sex drive. These factors are just as important or maybe even more important than what the TRT does for me physically and for sure need to be talked about and that's just what I do in this video.

This was Supposed to be a Unicycle Video!

I was hoping to be making a video of me showing kinda "How to Learn a Unicycle" and not the Electric type but rather the old fashioned peddle one. I picked myself up a beginner 20 inch Unicycle for $20 on Facebook Marketplace and have been hopping on it over the passed week or so trying to learn how to stay on it. I have not had a lot of time to practice but so far I am able to ride it for about 20 feet or so on a good run ;)

I wanted to share with everyone my "Learning How to Ride a Unicycle" experience with everyone and so my plan was to make a video today of where I am at after about an hour or two of trying to ride it.

Well that didn't happen as yesterday while practicing I somehow jammed my ankle pretty bad. I didn't even realize I had injured my Ankle until about two hours after the incident when I got out of my truck after a nice dinner out with the wife. My Ankle just started to really ache and proceeded to cause a lot of pain all night.

Today I did go for a walk to try and loosen it up but it was pretty soar the entire time. After I got home from the walk I did a bit of office work and was expecting to get up with even more stiffness in my ankle from sitting but it actually felt a lot better so I am really confused as to what is going on with it?

Well I hope my Ankle sorts itself out over the next few days as I have this trip I will be going on in about a week, it would be nice to be able to walk! Suffice to say I will not be practicing my Unicycle at least until after I get back from the trip and of course when it has healed up. So sorry you are going to have to wait for my "Learning How To Ride a Unicycle Video" when my body allows me to...

Going Off TRT - Is it a Good Idea

One question I get asked a lot about TRT is about getting off of TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy), So when someone is asking me if they should stop taking TRT. My usual answer is why did they get on it in the first place. if it was because they had low Testosterone and/or symptoms of low Testosterone, then would coming off be such a good idea? What are the chances that all of a sudden their Testosterone levels would go back to normal healthy ranges when they did not have good overall Testosterone levels before going on TRT?

Of course there are other reasons people go on Testosterone and going off may be a good idea for them for health reasons depending on how long they have been on and how much they may or may not have abusing Testosterone.

In this Video I discuss this topic in some detail and answer the question about if going off TRT is a good idea or not.

7 Months Post Operation - Short Term TRT

Here we are just over 7 month post Open Heart Valve replacement back in January of this year. If you have been following my journey then you will know I am doing pretty good overall considering I almost died. My Testosterone levels on the other hand are almost non existent as I have been completely off of TRT since early January. My last bloodwork results came in at 1 nmol/L which is lower than some women.

In my last video I talked about hoping on a quick round of Testosterone to get some of my life back as I was really struggling in many areas but my main concern is how that will affect my upcoming bloodwork right before seeing an endocrinologist. My plan was to get on something fast acting that is in my system in and out quickly so I can come off of it about two weeks before and hopefully not affect my bloodwork too much but it will no matter what.

In this video I talk about all of this and go into more detail about what I am doing and how it has affected me.
