Custom EUC Fairings & Agro Power Pads for Kingsong S22

As you are probably aware by now I am really into riding my EUC (Electric Unicycle). I was not happy with the factory Power Pads my Kingsong S22 came with so I ordered a pair of V2 Agro Power Pads from e-Rides but as the stock mounting area on the Kingsong S22 is not all that wide (just over 8 inches), I needed more area to mount the new 2 piece Power Pads I bought from e-Rides. You can buy what are called Fairings or Power Pad Plate for the Kingsong S22 for about $50-$60 but you will have to also add on shipping, import fees, and taxes and also wait for your order to arrive...

Or you can do what I did which was buy some ABS 12x12 sheets from Amazon for about $45 and cut them to shape, add Velcro and Bob's your uncle, you now have yourself custom Fairings that give you 12 inches of space to mount your Power Pads to. Keep in mind you will need some tools (clamps and a hacksaw blade) to cut the ABS plates to shape and of course some additional Velcro to attach them to your EUC.

Kingsong S22 EUC CNC Bearing Slider Upgrade - Huge Improvement!

This video kind of relates to fitness, maybe not a lot but for sure to some degree. After all I have been taking out my EUC (Electric Unicycle) a fair amount and ti is surprising how much exercise I get especially if I get on some more windy trails that require a lot more body language. I can really feel my heart rate and breathing go up and work up a sweat.

Anyway in this video I show you the steps to upgrade the Suspension Rails on the Kingsong S22 to a much smoother Bearing Slider rather than the stock Plastic Sliders which over time tend to cause a lot of friction to the suspension.

This installation took me about 1.5 hours tops and made a huge difference in the smoothness of the suspension on the Kingsong S22 EUC. If you have an original Kingsong S22 then I highly suggest you upgrade the sliders the same way I did. You can get the same sliders I installed from eevee's which is a Vancouver based EUC shop.

Get Fit Over 40 - March Update EUC Upgrade

This update is mostly for my Replica Airguns channel as I don't review things going on in my personal life as much over on that channel as I do over on the Get Fit Over 40 channel, but I figure there may be some interest from the Airgun community in something like an EUC (Electric Unicycle) since both Airguns and Electric Vehicles are both really cool :)

One of the main points I wanted to mention was that while I was in the hospital one thing I focussed on as a goal to get to in my recovery was riding my EUC again and for the past couple of weeks I have been back on it! Which means in a way I am achieving my recovery goals and I have to say I feel great and feel like life is getting back to some sort of normal. This is wonderful for my Video Channels as it means I am making videos again just like before!

I also talk about yet another upgrade I made in terms of the EUC I am riding. I started out my EUC adventure with the Begode Tesla T3 which is an awesome learner and city commuter EUC since it is fairly light weight but still has decent power and range. My goal was to get a larger more powerful EUC with longer range capability and so when I saw the Begode EXN on Facebook Marketplace at a price I could not pass on I snatched it up and sold my Tesla T3. The Begode EXN has been a ton of fun and I have learned a lot riding it but I really felt like I needed a suspension EUC Wheel for safety reasons as having suspension really smooths out the ride on all surfaces and makes it less likely for me to get thrown off.

Again another EUC I could not pass on showed up in Facebook Marketplace and now here we are with my third EUC the Kinsong S22 which is pretty much exactly a perfect fit for me as it has good power, decent battery life for good distance ridding and one of the best suspensions you can get on an EUC. Now all I have to do is sell my Begode EUC :)

Road to Recovery - 2 Months Post Operation

In this video I take a ride on my EUC and talk about how things are going now that I am 2 month post operation. All in all I am feeling good, and as you can see in this video I am back to riding my EUC (Electric Unicycle). I am being pretty careful on it not trying to do anything crazy!

Life is a bit more complicated these days with all kinds of appointments and tests and calls related to my Heart condition which can make other things I want to get to a bit harder like getting my weight training in. At least at this point I need to limit my weight training a bit but I want to get more consistent with it for sure.

I also talk about TRT and how it relates to my Heart condition and what I am going through since TRT and the Heart and how it can be related good and bad benefits to the Heart so it really needs to be monitored properly by a knowledgeable doctor. I also talk about one of the drugs I am on called Entresto and my concerns with it. One concern which is the cost, I feel because of its high cost and profitability, how it is promoted over other less expensive drugs that may be as effective but less profitable for "Big Pharma" at the end of the day...

Road to Recovery - 7 Weeks Post Operation

In this video I talk about my visit to LifeLabs where I had to get my weekly INR bloodwork done to check out my blood clotting numbers (was a tad high). I also had to get an ECG done along with a Holter device put on so they can monitor my heart for a 20 hour period and see what's going on. All this is for my doctor at Saint Paul's Hospital as I have an appointment next week to go over how I am doing now. Hopefully we can make some medication adjustments as I feel I am taking a bit too much which is slowing down my heart and lowering my blood pressure a bit too much.

The medication doses I am on where set when I left the hospital and I was in AFIB with a very elevated heart rate. I have been out of AFIB and in Sinus heart rhythm now for at least a month and I can feel the low blood pressure especially when I get up from sitting down, I need to watch it or I could pass out! I get that the doctors want my heart to be resting and healing as much as possible but the lower heart rate (resting in the 50's) and low blood pressure (sometimes as low as 100 over 60) makes life a bit more challenging.

Every day I see progress and less pain in my chest (my sternum), but I still need to be careful not to overdo it in the gym or I could injure my sternum and set myself back a few weeks. Even this week I feel a lot more confident weight training and even added in some really light flies using cables for my chest. I look forward to being able to train harder as I do feel a lot less gassed out now and really the only thing holding me back is my ribs (sternum) healing fully and of course my week muscles :)
