Grow Your Mustache and Donate for the Movember Mens Health Cause

I'm back and hope to be posting some more fitness videos soon! This post has very little to do with fitness but it is for a really good cause. I'm growing my mustache during the month of November for the "Movember Cause". I have also donated $100 that goes towards Mens Health focusing mainly on Prostate Cancer and Mens Mental Health.

A few Changes...

It's been a while since my last post and that's kind of why I am writing this one. I have been really busy with another online venture that I started about the same time I started the GetFitOver40 Website and YouTube Channel. And as is with most things, some things take off and some things don't. Not to say I haven't had some success with my GetFitOver40 venture.

However, my other YouTube channel and website have really taken off, so I have put most of my time back into them. And now I'm at the point where I am actually making YouTube videos and running a full fledged Website and Web-store full time and I'm actually making a living at it!

I'm not shutting down my GetFitOver40 Website and YouTune Channel but I just won't be posting as often. I will post from time to time when I have something important to share and I am still working out and eating right so don't worry, my next video won't be of me trying to lose 50 pounds in 2 weeks or anything crazy like that!
