Daily Workout - MMA at World Class Martial Arts
Sunday, June 27, 2010 at 11:21PM I just wanted to do a quick update as I've been away camping since Friday afternoon. I did however find some time to do get a Friday morning MMA workout in before we left.
We did a pretty heavy warmup that consisted of lots of skipping intermixed with Push-ups, Sit-ups, Squats, Burpies and sprints. Afterwards we worked on Kicking and Takedowns. It was a great workout!
