Why CrossFit is the Best Workout Program Period

OK, so I was doing a bit of fishing with the title to this YouTube video. But hey, you got to do what you got to do to bring attention to your videos in this dog eat dog super competitive YouTube community...

What I mainly talk about in this CrossFit directed video is: If CrossFit get's you off the couch and doing something active and if you find it interesting and enjoy the atmosphere and motivation to the point where you want to keep doing it, and perhaps become a stronger, more energetic, and healthier you. Then yes, it may just be the Best Workout Program Period - well at least for you.

As we know by some of the CrossFit nay-sayers out there. CrossFit is not the Best Workout Program Period for everyone. Perhaps yoga, or Jazzercise, or Zumba or just regular weight training is a better match for them and that's OK and all good as long as it keeps them coming back for more...

One other strong point I bring up is that you need find an instructor that knows their stuff. Like any type of exercise program, if your instructor is not on the ball, then not only will you get far less out of it, but you could even hurt yourself. We all want to stay away from bad experiences no matter what activity you plan to do.
