My Doctor Fired Me

I originally had three doctors, my MD (Family Doctor), my Endocrinology (TRT) Doctor, and my Cardiologist (Heart Doctor), now I have two doctors, my MD (Family Doctor) and my Cardiologist (Heart Doctor). For a bit there, I only had my Cardiologist (Heart Doctor).

It all started with me firing my Endocrinology (TRT) doctor as I felt he was not the right fit for me, mainly as he seemed to be mostly concerned with my slightly elevated PSA, and not all that concerned with my low Testosterone symptoms I was still having being on only 60mg of Testosterone per week. For me I felt it was too low.

In this video I explain all the drama that took place after I fired my Endocrinology (TRT) and how ultimately that led to my MD (Family Doctor) firing me. It's all OK now as I have a new MD (Family Doctor) that I think is a much better fir for me and to be honest I don't really think my Endocrinology (TRT) Doctor was really offering me much other than a Testosterone prescription that was so low to the point that it was not really worth taking. Basically just enough to suppress my already low natural Testosterone levels but not enough to help with my low Testosterone symptoms.

Enjoy the beautiful scenery while I talk and ride my EUC and later fly my FPV Pavo Pico Drone a bit on this beautiful sunny day.

Royal Medical Center Update - TRT Program Now Stays at the Discount Beyond 6 Months

This Video is going to be for my US subscribers and viewers, if you are from Canada I have links to a Canada based TRT company I have been working with over the past couple of years. Pandy Group. I’ll put a link  in the Description for you to find them.

Royal Medical Center is now back to $150 flat rate FOR LIFE. By using my Discount code you receive $45 off per month ongoing not just for the first 6 months.

If you are already a Royal Medical Center member that signed up using my discount code "GFO40", and you are not receiving this $150 per month rate, then make sure to contact Royal Medical Center and ask for the discount, I have been assured they will honor it for those that signed up with my discount code. "GFO40"

There are a lot of new TRT companies competing in the industry which I feel is a good thing as it makes everyone more competitive which means you the consumer will get the best pricing. That said, a company like Royal Medical Center has been doing this for a while and will be able to offer the best products and services. You really don’t know what you are going to get with a newer company, so just because they may be a bit cheaper does not mean you are getting better value.

You may notice I will be making a bunch more videos talking about Royal Medical Center, as they have added a bunch of new products and services to their programs since the last time a made a video about them.

Here is a list of Royal Medical Center full range of products they now provide. Use Code "MIKEPEP1"

TRT - 3 Month Bloodwork Results on 100mg of Testosterone

It's been just over three months since I started taking prescription doctor prescribed 100mg of Testosterone per week and so it was time to get my bloodwork done to see just where I am at.

In terms of how I am feeling I would say most of the major problems I was having from low Testosterone have been worked out being on the Testosterone for three months. Energy and mood are much better, the aches and pains are also improved, but I still have a little bit of shoulder pain that is totally manageable now. Sex drive is back and I feel more eagerness to go to the gym and I am seeing some muscle and size improvements but not drastic. I have maybe gained around 7 pounds total as I was about 185 when I started TRT and I am now sitting at generally 192 pounds most days.

When I started my TRT I had a Testosterone level of 1 nmol/L which is about what a female might have. I should be between 8 and 29 to be within normal healthy ranges, preferably in the 20's. Getting my bloodwork is not only to see what my Testosterone is now at but also to see what else the TRT may be influencing like RBC, PSA, Liver function...

My bloodwork results did show that my Red Blood Cell and Hemoglobin where just a tad high but only by just a little My PAS was the most concerning as when I started the TRT it was on the high normal side and now it has gone up about 30% so I am in a range that needs to be monitored as it should maybe have only gone up 10-20% from the TRT.

Surprisingly my Testosterone was now at 31 nmol/L so just a little bit higher than high normal ranges. With all things considered we decided to take my TRT down to 80mg per week which is not a big difference tat the end of the day and I should not feel any difference but will hopefully get my RBC and PSA down to normal ranges.

10 Weeks on TRT - Get Fit Over 40

My last update was almost 5-6 weeks ago so I guess I better get a TRT progress video out for everyone. To be honest I noticed the most changes after around the first month and then things slowed down and progress is still happening but much slower now. I am only on 100mg of Testosterone per week with the goal to be i the middle natural Testosterone ranges so I don't expect to get super jacked on this fairly low TRT dose, the goal is really to feel better and at least have a chance in the gym getting stronger and being able to recover between workouts.

When I started my TRT I was around 185 pounds and fairly lean I would say, right now I am around 192-194 depending on the day and I am still relatively lean but I do want to get closer to 190 with perhaps a bit more muscle but I would like to get rid of some of the hard to lose fluff in the mid section.

I feel pretty good overall, even my shoulders are coming around and my overall energy and mood are good, sex drive I would say is back to about the way it was but not like when I was 20 ;)

I finish the video off with some update posing with a couple comparisons to when I started 10 weeks ago so you can hopefully see some positive changes...

TRT 5 Weeks In - How Do I Feel

A week back I made more of a physique update video after being on TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) for a month now (Dose of 100mg per week). I didn't really go over how I am feeling now where I talk about stuff like mood, energy, motivation, sleep, mental cognition, sex drive. These factors are just as important or maybe even more important than what the TRT does for me physically and for sure need to be talked about and that's just what I do in this video.
