Daily Workout - Shoulders & Arms with Total Gym
Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 10:20PM Again, another couple of Total Gym high-rep workouts done over the last few days to get the old body back into the routine :) It's going well and is a good way to get back into the swing of things as I find the Total Gym lets me get in and out of the gym very quickly while still getting a great workout.
It takes me a bit longer to do my Shoulders because for me this is an area I need to work a bit harder to see the results. The Arms portion only takes me about 20 minutes to do. I finished both my Shoulders and Arms workouts off with some Total Gym Ab exercises.
