Traveling - Training Resources - Plateaus - Get Fit Over 40 Video Requests

This is my first video in a new series of videos I am calling "Video Requests". These are videos asked for by you my viewers and subscribers :) If you would like to request a video, please send me an email using this link.

This first Get Fit Over 40 Video Request is from Mike (Healthy Lifestyle Quest) in Victoria BC Canada and he had three questions for me that I discuss in this video...

  1. How to stay fit while traveling. How does your training routine change? Are there certain foods you ensure are readily available to you while traveling (ie. protein bars...).

  2. Reliable training resources you follow. Are there particular books or programs that you get your training ideas from, or do you base your workouts off personal experience and what has worked for you.

  3. Suggested ways to break through plateaus.
